The Promise has been fulfilled

Darkness, black, cold, people sleeping
Few, 18 souls, Dawn breakers
Awaken by Gods call
Seeking the Dawn
Cacophony of bird song
Warbling the Promised Light
Spreading out from that Primal Point
Shedding light beams into all our futures
Horizon line gently illumined
Beams of glowing yellow
Orange and pink
Hues of purple and gold
Spreading outwards in all directions

Qá'im has now appeared
The Opening of The Gate
Letting through yet a Greater Promise
The arising Spring Sun
Illumining the entire world
Now allowing maturity to finally rest
Upon the shoulders of all humanity

The 18 Dawn breakers spread out as guided
Tested beyond most men
History torn apart to allow
Heaven on earth as in Heaven
The greatest day missed by so many
Even though most knew about the Promise
Still locked into seeking the past Suns arising points
Unaware of the Suns Spring arising
The Dawn had a short timeTo prepare all that was needed
With so little
Rested so a great a responsibility
Many did see and followed instantly
Majority in power
Filled with fear of loosing their grips
Invoking hideous cruelty
To such Beauty and Majesty

Experiencing the Dawn requires effort
Conscious choice arising out of slumber
Willing to place self on the edge
Between darkness, black, cold
And The Promise
Great Joy
Expectation of Great Beauty
Light flooding up and over
From the New Rising point
Spring Sun
Illumining all with equality
A Sacred Promise given to all
At an ancient time of our ancestors
Remembered by our indigenous friends

My blood boils with love
My heart sings in anticipation
In knowing and seeing this Truth
No matter how many times
Rediscovering this Dawn
A Great Story still not known by the many
Many thirsting souls
Veiled by the matter
Trapped in their prisons of slumber

The Promised Dawn has come
And the Promised Sun is high
In this New Day
Break out of your sleeping prisons
Make the effort to walk awake
Walk in this Spring Light
Bathing all of humanity
Awaken, awaken, awaken
Focus your minds not on what you leave behind
Focus on the promise of what Greatness lays before
(the reason for making this posting was again Ruhi book 4 - so much can be creatively explored in doing this book. As we are looking now at the history of the Báb and our homework is to be able to come and share our stories of each section. In this sharing back to our Ruhi book 4 group much fun and creative juices are released and flow freely.
It was only the other night, at one of these story sharing sessions, that I came to understand that the Báb could be seen as a symbol of the dawn. Dawn light heralding in the coming sun light and that the 'Dawn Breakers' book which is the history of this time of the Báb is a metaphor of that same symbol of the dawn. I have known about the Báb and this book for over 14 years and had never seen that metaphor before. As this stimulated such powerful creative images in my mind I just had to go out and create this blog posting.
I got up at 5.30am and drove to a place on the Canning River where I knew the sun would be rising some where over the beautiful river expanse stretching out in front of me. I arrived there at around 6am and standing in the cold morning air started to record the dawn light. Slowly the sky filled with this glorious coloured lights as described above. I slowly walked up the smaller river inlet that I was parked on until I could find the best point to also photograph the sun rising. As I knew the next section we would be working through was the history of Baha'u'llah and He could be seen as the symbol of the rising sun I could actually get in front of myself and have my photographs ready.
hahahahahahahahahaha
While I was standing there photographing the rising sun through the trees in front of me and paying special attention to the suns reflections in the mirror surface of the river water two dolphins appeared right in front of me. I was over the moon. I was totally surprised and in complete awe of the beauty being spread out in front of me. I became very aware at that point of the gifts being showered upon me. The small effort I had taken to get up and out of my bed to take these pictures and to serve in this way gave me so, so much in return. I felt very honoured indeed.
So please enjoy just a small taste of that wonder and beauty and magic of this new day we are all now living in.)
